Attention Water District Customers:
The County is in the process of converting to a new software program for the collection of water bills. This conversion has caused issues for some of our customers. In an effort to correct these issues, we will not be charging late fees or cut off fees for this billing cycle. Customers that have paid these fees will receive a credit on the next water bill. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Customers that wish to pay water bills by credit or debit card please call the collections department at 910-642-5257 for the new IVR Pay by Phone number and your new account number.
