NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
COLUMBUS COUNTY PLANNING BOARD
As required by the Columbus County Land Use Regulation Ordinance, notice is hereby given that the Columbus County Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 starting at 6:30 PM in the Commissioners Chambers located on the 3rd floor of the County Administration Building at 127 W. Webster Street in Whiteville, NC. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive oral and written comments from the public regarding the following application for proposed Planned Unit Development Zoning Districts for the following land uses:
- To consider plans for a proposed Planned Unit Development Zoning District, parcel’s 090867 and 013449 located on Dothan Rd, in Tabor City, NC. The application for Coleman Tract PUD is submitted by Philip T. Hornbeck, DRG of the Carolinas.
- To consider plans for a proposed Planned Unit Development Zoning District, parcel# 010570 located near parcel# 063142 on Peacock Rd, Tabor City, NC. The application for JT Sarvis Tract PUD is submitted by Jeff Malpass, Malpass Engineering & Surveying, P.C.
To consider plans for a proposed Planned Unit Development Zoning District, parcel# 092640 located at 3584 Old Lake Rd, Bolton, NC. The application for Old Lake Tract PUD is submitted by Andy Mills, Colliers Engineering & Design.
