NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COLUMBUS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
As required by the Columbus County Land Use Regulation Ordinance, notice is hereby given that the Columbus County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 starting at 6:00 PM in the Commissioners Chambers located on the 3rd floor of the County Administration Building at 127 W. Webster Street in Whiteville, NC. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive oral and written comments from the public regarding the following applications for a Special Use Permit for the following land use:
- To consider plans for a proposed RV Park located at 55 Riverview Lane, Tabor City, NC. The application for Riverview RV Park was submitted by Hubert D. Godwin and Malette Godwin.
